About the Author
The Author: Montecue J. Lowry is Associate Professor of Physics at Houston Baptist University, Houston, Texas. He previously worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and taught history at the University of North Texas and Liberty University. A graduate of the United States Military Academy, he holds a Ph.D. in physics from Texas Christian University and a Ph.D. in history from the University of North Texas. He is the author of The Forge of West German Rearmament (Peter Lang, 1990), and has published on military, scientific and historical subjects.
